Stephanie Thonet

Every piece of Stephanie Thonet’s handmade jewelry is one of a kind.

She uses as large a variety of beads and stones as nature provides; such as coral, wood, shells and freshwater pearls but also resin, glass and bakelite are artfully mixed with semi-precious stones to achieve unusual designs and color combinations.

All these materials are also found in her elegant objet d’art, which many interior decorating stores and gift shops are continuously clamoring for.

“Nowhere is more inspiration found than in nature”, says the American living in Frankfurt. “I just pick up on its suggestions and take it from there”. Her great forte is her sense of color and the combination thereof.

Stephanie Thonet’s studio is in her home, with an enchanting view on a beautiful garden. From here she sells to loyal private customers and to exclusive stores in Paris, Switzerland and Germany.

Her work has been published in English, Swiss and German magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan etc..
